Congress president Rahul Gandhi today challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to debate him on issues such as corruption, notes ban, Goods and Services Tax and farmer crisis as he said the PM works very hard and "sleeps for only three hours". In an interview to NDTV while on the campaign trail in Madhya Pradesh for the last two phases of the national election, Rahul Gandhi said the PM has "personal hatred" towards him.
